Exchange Policy

We provide 30 Day (from the delivery date) hassle-free exchange guarantee. Just let us know which style/size you would exchange. The exchange will be shipped within 2 business days after receiving the return. Return shipping is not covered.

* International orders can only be returned for a refund, we do not offer exchanges.

Return Policy

We’ll gladly take any unsatisfied item back within 30 days of delivery. Just be sure you have not worn or altered it. Attached tags and a copy of the receipt will be needed. Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of payment.

* When a package is returned to the shipper if UPS/USPS cannot complete delivery or if delivery is refused, we will deduct the return shipping from your refund to cover shipping and any other charges involved.

Step-by-step Return Instruction

Step 1 - Email

Email info@Suits99.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply to you with the return instruction details by email.

Step 2 - Ship

Ship the item back to us in its original, unused condition with its original tags attached, hanger, and bag within 30 days for a refund.

The original receipt or the copy inside the package is required.
For returning a suit or walking suit, customers need to return all blazers, pants, vests, and accessories if any.
No signature required service is accepted at the return center.
Suits99 is not responsible for any return sent to any other address or items damaged or lost in the returns process.
If you accidentally sent the wrong item to us for return/exchange, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided.

Step 3 - Refund

Refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. All refund goes directly back to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refund based on returned item's condition. We will email you with refund details. Shipping is a service and it is non-refundable. A restocking fee might be charged for packaging, handling, and any other cost during the restocking process.
Return shipping will NOT be covered.
FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.

As Advertised

For the price, good quality and nice feel. This is a summer suit (if you live in a cold climate) since it is not made of a heavy material. Kick it up a bit with new buttons. I was skeptical of buying but the reviews from others were honest and good. Delivery was fast. Suit looked as advertised. I will buy again from this site

Double breasted suit pants

I am very pleased with the suits (several) that I have ordered and have gotten several positive compliments from friends. I don't like the skinny legs as I prefer the wide legs so that fall on my shoes down to my heels.
